• Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on the size, location, and complexity of the job.
• A free estimate will be provided before work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments.

4. Property & Safety

• We take every precaution to protect your property while performing our services.
• Clients must remove personal belongings from the work area before service begins.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing tree conditions or hidden hazards.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds are not provided once services have been completed. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will work to resolve any issues.

6. Liability

• Tree work involves inherent risks. While we follow strict safety measures, we are not liable for damages beyond our control.
• We are fully insured, but clients must inform us of any underground utilities or other hidden risks before work begins.

7. Environmental Responsibility

• We follow eco-friendly tree care practices and dispose of debris responsibly.
• Whenever possible, we recommend tree preservation over removal.

8. Changes to Terms
